
POLICIES
LATE/EARLY APPOINTMENTS
For late appointments, if 15 minutes or more are late, a fee of $20 will be added to the total service price. After 15 minutes, you will be required to re-book another appointment. For early appointments before business hours, a $25 fee will be added to the total service price.
CLIENTS TRAVEL TO ME APPOINTMENTS
The address will be provided after booking, no exceptions. The area clients will be traveling to is the Medical Center, located at zip code 77054. Parking is free. I will send you more instructions through a follow-up text 72-24 hours before the appointment. Please arrive with a clean face. Only parents are allowed to stay; if they wish to have any extra guests, they can wait in the lobby downstairs.
IN-HOME TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS
In-home travel appointments are available every day. For Saturday travel requests, travel appointments are ONLY available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties. Please have a suitable table cleared of clutter, and ensure the AC is on. No children are allowed in the working area, with no exceptions. Please let me know if I have to use the stairs. HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS
Holiday weeks/weekends incur an additional $85 service fee.

SECURING BOOKINGS
A deposit of $50 will be required to secure online appointments, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. If you would like to have your appointment manually booked and secure it with a deposit payment, please email info@crownedbeautyartistry.com or text 346-668-2488 with your first/last name, email, and desired date/time for the appointment.
All payments may be accepted via Zelle or Cash App with $5 fee.
TRAVEL FEE
A travel fee of $65 and up for on-location services within Houston, TX, to and from zip code 77054 will be applied to the service. Out-of-state destinations will incur an additional long-distance travel fee.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS
Rates remain the same as listed for bridal services, except for all travel, lodging, and food expenses. The client must cover these expenses.
PARKING FEES
Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee. If you are staying at a hotel with valet parking only, the parking fees are covered by the client.
CANCELLATION
Appointment Cancellation Policy - You must cancel all appointments at least 72 hours in advance by phone call only; please do not email. Deposits are non-refundable. Canceled appointments are non-transferable. Last-minute cancellations will require either partial payment or full payment, depending on the circumstances. A whole new appointment will need to be scheduled. If rebooked within 72 hours, a portion of the cancellation fee is applied towards the next appointment. To reschedule an appointment, please visit the online booking site for the next available booking. Please understand this protects my time and booking schedule.
No-Show Policy - Any client who fails to appear for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay the full price. Additionally, they will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, in advance.
Bridal Cancellation Policy- Bridal Cancellations must be made 30 days before the reserved date, or the signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable. Only accept calls for cancellations.
If cancellation is made 30 days prior, you don’t have to worry about paying the remaining amount.
BRIDAL CONTRACTS
When booking a bridal package, a contract must be signed. A half deposit is required to secure your desired date. The remaining balance is expected 24 hours before your booking date. No exceptions. Please have all affairs accomplished 30 minutes before the start time. You must select the look you desire for you and your party at least a week in advance. Please limit your talking and phone interactions to ensure everyone is done in a timely fashion.
